My name is Pavel Savin.  I am a software consultant (freelancer) specializing in developing custom software applications primarily in Java. I have broad knowledge gained from the development of successful projects for more than 18 years. 

Now I am focusing on developing business applications,  websites and web services.  My most recent projects involve using Java/J2EE, Spring, Struts, Velocity, Ajax.  You may see some of my projects here.

Usually I work from my home office in London, Ontario, Canada.  I am happy to work either as individual or as part of a team.   My rates vary based on many factors: complexity, project size and time frame.  I am glad to work under fixed price contract or work hourly.
